Howard is making a routine visit to Fordbank residential home for a review with its manager Rachel Hartley. He is approached by Tommie,one of the residents,who asks Howard to speak to Norma,Tommie’s girlfriend,who is sexually demanding. Howard obliges but soon afterwards Tommie collapses and is taken to hospital.
